With a Detailed Staging Consultation your professional Home Stager will take the necessary time to meet with you at your home. Your consultant will take professional grade "Before" photographs for future comparison and personally go over all suggestions directly with you. Your completed report will be available immediately so you can get right down to work setting the stage for a quick sale. After your home is staged, and at your request - your consultant can return for a nominal fee to take "After"  photographs for your convenience. As an added bonus, your home may be "certified" as ASP Staged and placed on Stagedhomes.com for public viewing.

For those who don't desire or are unable to perform the recommended tasks to Stage their homes, we offer a myriad of Staging Services to choose from. 

We focus on using only the furnishings and decorative accessories that you currently own. There's usually no need for your to run out and buy anything new!

We can do as little or as much as you would like. For instance: If you would like to do the recommended de-cluttering & packing and leave the furniture placement and artistic work to us, we can custom fit your Home Staging experience to best suit you. Feel free to pick and choose what you want to accomplish and leave the rest to us.

A good portion of your Home Staging will include de-cluttering and packing up some of those precious belongings. Which ones will stay will depend on your consultant's final vision for the space. Whether you are planning on doing the packing yourself, or you want us to do it for you, we have resources for your convenience to assure you have the boxes and packing materials necessary to protect your valuables.
